Divooka Standard - Editor Control Toolbox

Those are standard set of functions for controlling and modifying current running instance of editor.

Those are implemented as static methods and make i direct use of a contract interface for the implementer. The implementing editor need to set a global static singleton during toolbox initialization.

This toolbox is considered Common III as of Divooka v1.
